My Jeep was built 2/22/2022, and guess what? I checked the fuses to see how they were seated, and many of them I was able to compress further down, and some even compressed with a click noise.

Apparently, Jeep still cannot get this correct from the factory. So remember to check those fuses, no matter what year your JL is.

Attached is a pdf that is easier to read then then to read the underside of the PDC cover.

I can access this pdf from my smartphone at all times.. Can come in handy.

Also, I suggest that you download a copy of the 2022 Owner's Manual in pdf form and keep that easily accessible with your smartphone.

Forgot to mention... With a bit of white out, etc., do mark fuse #97 in the PDC.

Out of all the fuses in the PDC, you will undoubtedly be dealing with #97 quite often.

Forum search and you will learn why/when #97 comes into play..

DO mark it.... you will be glad you did.

I am quite familiar with this fuse. As my radio was bricked in the 2020 JLUR from an over the air update. I tried all I could to save it. Had the radio replaced twice before getting a winner!

Spoiler alert, Uconnect can be a little asshole sometimes.
Just about every time I come back from a work trip, my Jeep will have done an update. Then I get to enjoy another feature they killed off… I’m really not a big fan of that.

man, I swear by it! My 7" screen on my 18" was bugging out like crazy and when a member made this suggestion about seating the fuses, I laughed and thought he was nuts. I run out to the garage and a good 6-7 of them were definitely partially seated and I haven't had a bug since. that was roughly 2 years ago.

I’m late to doing this task (picked up mine December 16th) but also just found a majority of things not fully seated (with several clicks too). Thanks for the reminder.
