Do NOT do the uconnect update

I got the prompt to install the update tonight and did it. After it rebooted the update screen is burned into the LED screen. It now shows the update progress of 88% which is where it spends the last 15% of the update permanently burned into the background of every screen.

Leave it off overnight and report back. If it’s still there free replacement under warranty from FCA I would assume.

I have not seen Off-road pages yet. Did it show up when you were out of town or in Big D?

I have not seen Off-road pages yet. Did it show up when you were out of town or in Big D?
I got it tonight as I was shutting the jeep off here in Dallas. It appears to only ask to update as you are powering off.

Mine did this as well but it looks like it’s fading over time when the screen is on.

It goes away. That’s typical when it stays on one screen for a long time. I had no issues after a few minutes. You may try moving it to the navigation to give it some moving colors to wash the screen a bit.

Looks like he is running the blue theme, I recognize it cuz that's what I run.
