Do Mopar or Thule style cargo racks fit on Sky One Touch touch?

I have a friend with a Sky One Touch rack and he wants to know if the Mopar or Thule style cargo racks that fasten to the gutter are ok for that top. He has a kayak he wants to carry on his JL.

Any help is appreciated!

They would technically fit with the roof closed as either system uses the rain gutter for attachment but will not allow the roof to open, there is not enough height for the top to fold. I have yet to see any information as to whether the SOT can have a rack attached or how much it could hold if a rack can be used. The owners manual states racks cannot be used for kayaks, etc.

Thanks for the info! He would not be wanting to open the top when carrying his kayak. He just wants to be able to carry it.
