I’m regearing to 4.56’s in a month or so. I have 33”s now but plan on 35s next (maybe January at the rate I drive the JL). I’ll be happy to post my results once I’ve done it.
how did the regear go? I'm pretty content with 285/70 and my wheel combo (95 lbs) getting 19 mph on highway and 17 around city on 3.45....would going to 315 tire(3 lbs more) make more of negative difference.

I have a Sport S with 35" tires, MT. I just regeared to 4.56. Night and day difference. Much better power all around.
Before the regear, I had no power to speak of below 2K RPM.
which gears did you go with?

the regear was the best money I’ve spent on the JL, made the 6speed much more enjoyable. If I regear another JL or JT, I’ll go with 4.88s and 35s. 4.56s we’re perfect for 33”s, and still really good on the 35s, but I could Go for deeper on the 35s.
