The dealer BS'ed me and said that the floor mats and trail kit were required with one of my options, remote start or proximity key, don't remember which one. This was only $300 more and in the grand scheme of a $57,000 Wrangler it's not that big of a deal. They gave me a great deal, about 12% off MSRP, so I didn't complain even though this was obvious BS. I was going to spend a bit more for Weathertech floor mats but the rubber Jeep ones are almost as good.
HOW are people getting 10+ % off MSRP? I’m outside Boston and talked to 4 dealers none of which would budge a penny below MSRP for an order. Found somebody that gave me 3% below MSRP and thought that was good so I pulled the trigger on an order with them yesterday.

I just wonder how hard is that to find a lawyer in any US state, and how prices differ one from another. I could discover on this ( site: https://federal-lawyer.com/michigan/ ) some great professionals in the jural sphere of business, but they are from Michigan. Do they work in other states as well?

I'm sorry, but our vehicles are not notifying or transmitting to the factory anything while we're driving around.
If you get the 8.4" radio, the Jeep will send diagnostic reports somewhere, and then you'll get those in emails. How much info is sent? No idea.

I don't think they'll ever use that data to rat someone out for emissions, and you're 100% certainly ok to just swap the radio out with something else. You can probably also just order without the 8.4", and the other 2 radios have no internet connectivity whatsoever, so they won't upload diagnostic info.

If we take into account the fact that you have not signed any documents stating that the goods are not subject to cancellation, then the law should be on your side. In general, I would like to advise you a good lawyer. A professional specialist will be able to easily put this dealer on the shoulder blades. And you will definitely stay with your own. Lawyer costs are better than being left with nothing, right? Think about it. Personally, I hired an excellent lawyer with the help of the service https://bsmlaw.com.au/our-services/criminal-lawyer-sydney / when I got into about the same situation.
