Absolutely. I bought a ceiling electric 440lb hoist/winch from harbor freight ($99) and two 8ft tow straps from Amazon ($24) and one large D ring from Amazon ($12). I anchored the hoist to the garage ceiling using heavy duty lag bolts through a 2ft long 2x6 board as a base, then a steel 1" square steel tube to hang the hoist.

I run the straps under the top on each side and attach to the d ring on the hoist and raise and lower easily. I can remove and reinstall in about 10 mins each way.

How do you make 8ft straps work? I mounted a similar hoist in my attack and cut a hole in sheetrock for hook to lower and raise through. 10ft straps don't raise the roof high enough for me and the 8ft straps aren't long enough to get both sides to hook on to the hoist
