Display screen stuck

Hello, my backup camera doesn’t turn on when I shift into reverse and the radio won’t turn off when I press the power button. This condition persists when the vehicle is shut down and restarted or in accessory mode engine off. Any information on how to resolve this would be appreciated. Thank you.

Pull fuse 97, resets the computer/radio. I have the opposite problem, about every 5th start, the radio refuses to power up or do reverse camera, or anything. I pull fuse 97, and then everything is back to normal for a few days. I am adding switch in the cab to quickly reset fuse 97 this weekend.

Thanks! That reset the radio and the on/off now works. Back up camera still doesn’t work and isn’t showing up on the menu anymore???

Glad to hear. Its a "computer" that occasionally gets confused. It takes a bit for everything to "reload" after pulling the fuse, so don't panic if your display ever looks like its missing features after pulling the fuse. A restart or two and it will be back to normal.
