I have a 21 and a 24. Both are JLUs
The 21 absolutely does not have the triple honk when the Jeep is running, you have the key with you outside of the vehicle and you close the door.
The 24 HAD it until I killed it with the Tazer.

I have the Tazer. Works great. Difficult interface to program though. You will need to have the instructions in front of you when you use it.

Make sure you also buy the ‘extension cord’. It is a real bitch to unplug/plug in if you don’t. The first time you have to pull the connectors, I guarantee you will be cussing.

I do not believe the tazer disables the triple honk on the 2024. When I get a chance I'll test it, but there are many bugs with the tazer on the 2024. I'm fairly sure that sway bar disconnect, auto park, tire fill, traction control memory, triple honk features do not work. Menu display doesn't work very well either. ESS, cooldown, winch mode, turn assist all work. Other features I never used.

I can confirm sway bar disconnect works fine on 2024.

Sway disconnect in 2wd works until you go past 30 mph, then will never disconnect again. In 4wd the sway bar reconnects at 18 mph and disconnects at 16 mph, so unchanged from stock.

I have a Taser on my '20 JLR and works great, hopefully by the time my '24 JLR-X arrives they will have the software bugs fixed...Or I just wait till they do!

Yeah, the triple honk disable somehow turns itself back on now and then. No pattern that I can figure out either.

Thanks for the heads up! Didn't realize an update came out on the 17th of May. The previous update in January where they listed a fix for the 3 Honk wasn't working for me.

Has anyone talked to their dealer to see if they have a scan tool of some type that'll turn it off? That triple honk thing is annoying as hell!

I wouldn't mind a single honk, but 3!!! At 4am I sometimes am not awake enough to remember my Yeti carrying the most important fuel of the day and those 3 honks don't just jolt me awake w/o a C4... My neighbors love it too!
