That's still good you bought it as is and should be covered under the warranty as well. Mind sharing the dealership information? I want to give them a call tomorrow and talk to the service department on what they did different, if anything, for the lift.

Check out www.jeeponly.com in Las Vegas.

BTW: If my dealership gets in trouble for this, I'm gonna be pissed. They are a great crew! I'm super happy with my Wrangler.

Spoke to Adam from the service department. Great guy! He confirmed they’ve installed the lift kit on 4 diesels so far. Here is the break down:

Mopar 2 Inch Lift kit for 3.6 Engine

Rubicon Express - 3 Quarter Inch Coil Spacer for the front (Part Number 1320)

He also mentioned instead of the Steering Stabilizer, they recommend the Synergy Sector Shaft Brace (Part Number 8069-01). He expressed this makes a huge difference but again your preference if you want it.

After my conversation with him, I might just go ahead and move forward with this lift kit. He said with the 3 inch spacer the front end sits up straight instead of dipping down with the extra weight of the engine.

Well I still don't have my diesel, but now I have yet another part that will be sitting around waiting for it to arrive. That Synergy brace is one the way.

Same here! Which synergy brace did you order? 4wheelpart had a sale today so I purchased the brace and spacer from them.

I just did some research. Part number 8069-01 might be for the JK only instead of JL. For the JL it's part number is 8069-02. I think I might need to return mine for the other one.

Or I might be wrong and 8069-01 can fit a JL too. It's almost a 100 dollar price differenc .

I ordered the JL/JT version for $200 from Quadratec. They are showing part number 8869-01

Synergy Manufacturing 8869-01 Front Track Bar Brace & Sector Shaft Brace for 18-20 Jeep Wrangler JL & Gladiator JT

Yeah I just double checked I ordered the correct one for JL and JT. Idk why QT has the part number listed as 8869-01. I ordered the 8069-01.

I am meeting with an expert in Jeeps and has contacts with Jeep and their engineers and he is checking on the Diesel lift kit. He said he is sure it will only be the sprint load that will be changed. I should hear something by this Saturday. Just have to make sure he is there. Will share if I hear!
Hi Tom, curious if you met with your guy about the lift?

I haven't met with him yet...called again on Thursday to see if his parts guy can get an answer..he is out of town all week. I am not looking at both the Mopar lift, but I am leaning toward the AEV 2.5 Lift with the 8100 shocks...but that isn't released yet so I might just wait.

I think if anyone is going to use this install themselves they should buy the parts from the dealer that figured it out. It will give them a reason to help others when they call. I wish I would have known about this last week when I was in Vegas, I would have stopped by the dealership to talk to them and order the parts.
Just checked their site, they have 3 diesels in stock.

Hey Doug, you mind sharing a few pics on how the lift looks? I ordered basically the same Lift with parts you have after speaking with the dealer and my 37s and Fuel Wheels will be arriving next Tuesday. Can’t wait to see how it will turn out.
