BTW: If my dealership gets in trouble for this, I'm gonna be pissed. They are a great crew! I'm super happy with my Wrangler.
Although I'm an AEV guy, I've always thought that the advantage of having a Mopar lift installed at a Jeep dealership is hassle-free warranty claims. Do you fear differently, or did I misunderstand your point?

thats one of the main reasons why I went with the Mopar Lift with the Diesel. I don’t want any issues with warranty when I bring in for service. A lot of people really underestimate the Mopar Lift kit but reviews show it as a great Lift and oem ride with getting that 2.5 to 3 inch look.

What was the part number on your lift? Did you use a spacer on the front?
Looks good

Another one at night. I must say I’m not running into a any steering issues it’s pretty stiff. I’m still adding the synergy shift brace regardless but so far with the Nittos and suspension it’s a buttery smooth ride.

i bought the Mopar lift 77072395AC 3.6L. I used a 3/4 inch rubicon express spacer. Everything is in the first page of the thread for the details.

2020 Black JLUR 3.0 EcoDiesel received 3/6/20
I installed 2” Mopar lift for 3.6 engine. Added Synergy 3/4” spacers on front springs. Used RK front and rear adjustable track bars. Set front to 34 3/8”. I added 5/8” to original rear track bar length. Both front and rear are perfectly aligned. Had to adjust steering wheel. It was about 70 degrees off clockwise. Jeep track straight, no wandering. Really can’t say it is better or worse after lift. I am still just as happy with it as before. I love that diesel engine.

I spoke to AEV, and their engineer hasn’t tested a diesel yet but said he was certain the 2.5” dualsport lift could handle the diesel’s extra weight. So I rolled the dice And had it installed with 37” BFG mud terrains on satin black Borah wheels with onyx protection ring. I love it! Looks pretty level to me. Didn’t need a spring spacer. I installed the Mopar tailgate reinforcement kit, but didn’t have to install the relocation bracket (I worried I might). I have plastic bumpers which I’ve heard have more clearance, plus the KM3s are barely under a true 37”. It sits perfectly on the bumper which I think will support the tire. Also I moved the third brake light up a peg. Everything rides like stock. Seriously. Road noise is barely noticeable on highway.

Looks great! Yeah if you have the plastic bumper you’ll probably get more clearance. My steel bumper wouldn’t fit the 37 nittos so I ordered the Mopar relocation bracket to install the spare. This Friday I’m installing the synergy shaft brace and power steps. How is your steering stock after the lift? Surprisingly since my 18 JL the steering on the diesel is much more stiff on the road and highway. I think the synergy shaft brace will also make a difference but won’t be as noticeable probably with these new diesels. I guess Jeep heard our steering complaints lol

Honestly steering is great. It's tight and I don't notice any issues. Ive only driven it like 10 miles but included highway and neighborhood roads. I haven't noticed any of the AEV builds include steering stabilizers or anything. I've seen a few people talking about the Synergy shaft brace over the past week but its a brace, so I don't think you'd notice a difference in steering feel. Theoretically it should just brace things up to prevent risk of stuff breaking while offloading. I'll take it off roading in the next few days and report back. I may do a new stabilizer or brace but we'll see. I have a Maximus-3 rhino rack coming soon and a roof top tent. I think the rear springs should handle this fine. Also, my wife will probably make me get Rock Slide Engineering power steps soon too, so she can get into the truck.
