Someone needs to fall on their sword and make it political. Lock and ban hammer will follow shortly. The sister thread on the JT forum already got locked.

Right!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Quick someone make a comment how they might not be able to make it to a voting poll on Tuesday cause they are out of fuel ⛽
So someone can chime in how they own an electric vehicle and have no problem getting to a mailbox to mail in their ballot 😉

Everything was fine until a geriatric pedophile with dementia was installed into the White House….

Too many a-holes?
I’m an electrician for a very large grocery chain, 2020 was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. People would show up before we open and crowd around the front doors. Then trample each other to run to the toilet paper aisles. I had to go in before we opened to buy toilet paper for me and my wife. It was like Black Friday at Wal mart for a year.

Well, I've been traveling the southeast in my diesel pusher towing my diesel Rubicon. No issues with fuel...just expensive.
I typically fill the RV before it's at half a tank...this is from last fill at 42 gallons.

My Cummins equipped 2022 RAM 5500 Cab & Chassis with dual tanks can get thirsty quite often, too......

Yeah, they interviewed a trucking executive who said this "There's no way any company can absorb cost increases like this, and any business that can't pass on their costs isn't going to stay in business for very long."

Except he's 100% dead wrong. The oil companies can CERTAINLY absorb cost increases (if, in fact, there are cost increases).

And the best: Saudi Aramco, reported making $42 billion in profit IN THIS QUARTER ALONE.

Take what they made in 3Q2022 minus what they made in 3Q2021, and you have an additional $40.3 billion in profits for just those 9 companies. If you have any wonder about why fuel costs so much . . . it's right there.

if your implication is that the profits are the reason for the price increases, that’s just simple thinking and aligns with talking points. All companies have a profit margin that is relatively stable. When prices go up, that margin leads to higher gross profit. It doesn’t cause the price increases. If you’re expecting for profit companies to lower their profit margin to keep gross earnings flat, that doesn’t work because they’re in business to maximize profits for their shareholders. In the socialists world, profits and corporations are the cause of everything bad. Look how ell that turned out in Venezuela. You either accept free market or you don’t, but don’t obfuscate the price increases as merely the result of price gouging by greedy corporations.
