Here is what happens when a fully loaded trash truck runs a red light a mere 23 hrs after taking delivery. Totaled. But luckily thanks the the new safety cage alive and able to get JLU #2.
Update: The jeep definitely did it’s job. I have more. The safety cage kept me from makin head contact with the truck, which needless to say would not have been good. It bent to top of the cage down and transferred energy all the way to the rear where it broke open. If I had still been in my old jk or tj the investigator said I would probably been a fatality. I received a fractured skull, brain bleed, bruised lung and sternum ( air bag), and fractured wrist that got a nice new plate and 5 screws. But I’m alive and have just been cleared by the neurologist to drive my 2nd new JLU. Would I change anything in the order? As a matter of fact My wife and I flew 850 miles to Daytona Beach to pick up the exact optioned and colored Rubi 15 days ago. She got to drive it home and break it in on the beach, since the doc wouldn’t let me.
