Did I install the Bestop Sunrider Correctly? Door Seals Concern

I installed this recently and noticed the door seals are sticking out. The passenger side looks similar. Other people don't seem to have the same thing.

I'm not in a position to uninstall and try again until later this week. Hoping this forum can give me a shortcut!
