Did everyone receive two keys?

Hi all. I was only given one key the day I purchased my Sahara. They say they will call me the next day because they could't find the spare key. I received a call today and apparently they claim the order only shipped with one key. They said they will have to order a new one and I will have to go in so it can be programmed.

Total BS. There are two keys. This is the kind of thing morons do to cover their own ineptitude. Go right to the manager of the dealership or the owner.

Did everyone get a full owner's manual or just a small, highlights booklet? I only received a small, highlights booklet. The dealer told me the full manual is only available online.

Mine came wiht a full manual, as well as the highlights.

If you buy a sport with the base radio you will get a full manual. No way to put it on the screen.

Got my JLU this past Monday with one key only. They called me today and told me that the other key had been lost. I am to go and get another one programmed tomorrow morning..sigh.

Actually, they have to reprogram both your current fob and the new fob they have for you. No way to just program one at a time.

Before leaving dealership be sure remote start (if you have on JL) and all other stuff activated by the remote works. Again, check each remote.

2 keys, both manuals, torx tool, freedom top bag.. as for the locking lug nut. i got it too. i figured that was a jeep or dealership giving.
