Thanks, Lightsout. I was trying to really refer to the sides where the hardtop is put back on making a good seal. I do realize the "exposed SS would not be watertight, except when the hardtop is on. I rarely go without the top as it's difficult for me to handle by myself. I don't have a lift harness yet.

There is a Foam Strip that goes on the bottom of the Wing Walls (under the hardtop). There is also an OEM Foam strip under the hardtop. As the weight of the hardtop while it's bolted down will squeeze these together creating a water tight seal.

Could someone tell me where the 2 rubber strips go?

Did you get these resolved? PM Me a pic of them. There is a rubber u-channel strip that goes on the tail skin, and there is a small rubber strip that is used in the access door lock assemble.

I assume the answer is no but would the Mopar cargo tray mats that protect the back of the rear seats fit with the slipstream?

My ride is a 2 door. Had the full cargo Rugged Ridge mat. The answer is no, unless you do as I dod and bust out your trusty pocket knife...
