Nice chart, great work! I'm just trying to figure out if I get stock Rubicon into my garage at work which has about a 74" high opening. I think you indicate that your stock Rubicon is 73", is this with a hard or soft top, or both?I hate math. Guess I have to move.

My RUBY 2dr/soft top is 75" to the middle bar (high point) and that's with 35" tires--
My RAM is almost 77" to the canopy rack rails-
HOMEWORK/HOMEWORK/HOMEWORK !

Thanks, this is really good information on the soft top, though I will getting an unlimited. I’m expecting my dealer to get me a test drive on Wednesday where I will do a test run at the office, not sure if I’ll be getting a hard or soft top.

Happy to report that my test run/drive went well today, I was able to fit a stock JLIR with hard top with about 1.5 inches to spare, which appeared to be similar to my stock 2015 JKU Saharawith hardtop. So when I drove back to the dealership, I pulled out my 4 foot level, and a fat max measuring tape, and discovered that the height of the stock JLUR with hardtop is the SAME as my 2015 stock JKUSahara with hardtop which is 72.5 inches - So no issues here. So why does Jeep say in their spec that the height of the stock JL is 73.6? When at the dealership, I was able to measure a stock JLU Sport with a soft top, and sure enough the tallest point is the middle bar which with a 4 foot level at the rear of the vehicle is 73.6 inches high- So with my garage height being 74 inches, I will need to drive very slowly with the soft top to get past this pinch point with a half inch to spare. I will leave this tread with one final note- PLEASE JEEP, DO NOT RAISE THE HEIGHT OF YOUR STOCK WRANGLERS ANYMORE, THANK YOU, IT WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.
PS: This will save me the trouble and embarrassment of preparing a reverse version of jeepmarkjl's chart.
