Over the 20 years of I've lived in Denver and owned Jeeps I have had terrible luck whenever it involves a Jeep service department. This last go around with the JL it went south real bad to where the dealer quit communicating to the Jeep Cares folks as well. Jeep Cares had to get someone above the district manager to call the dealer because the service department just refused to talk to them. I've got some warranty issues I'd like to be looked at it, but I don't know what dealer to try next. The only solid recommendation I have ever gotten is to take it to Wheatland Wyoming, which isn't something I really want to do. Are there any good service departments in the Denver metro?
Autonation on Araphoe was my most recent bad experience. Eventually it was made right but it took a terribly long time (months) and was a constant fight. First they broke my clock spring, then I discovered they had put the 4 door steering gear in my 2 door but they said it didn't matter, then when I got that fixed they lied about having updated the software, not to mention the 6 qt oil challenge (heard everything from I was wrong, to it's better that way, to "oh we just bill it for 6 qts but we only put in 5"). I understand everyone can have problems but for me it has been one issue after another with them.
