@JeepCares ,

I was installing my sunshade today for the summer and needed to drop the windshield down in order to install it. Upon applying a very slight amount of force with the provided 15mm socket wrench, the stem completely snapped off and got stuck in the wrench. I’m not sure if all of the tool kits are of this poor quality but they should atleast be strong enough for its intended use. I would like to see if I could get another one sent out to me in order to replace this... See attached

Don't bother with the factory garbage. My ratchet didn't even work. Just go buy some quality kit that you can count on. Even this cheap Chinese ratchet is way better than the factory one from Jeep.

My rachet broke off exactly the same way when I tried to take off my wiper arms. If you look carefully, the shaft seems to be made of 'powdered steel'. The very cheapest way to make a steel object.
