I don't know why I even bother with JC. When they tell me its in the scheduling phase, I'm like great, it's been that way for over a month now. They are like "you're welcome, anything else I can do?". I just close out of the chat. I'm sure they are just as beat down as we are. 12/21 order.

No escalation. I ordered the XR package so based in what I see here, this is impacting the delay.

I got my Window Sticker today from crypto. Crypto does not have it yet but the jeep.com window sticker link does. All looks good! Is this JS status? (12/18/21 order)

I then checked Jeep Chat and they said :

No escalation. I ordered the XR package so based in what I see here, this is impacting the delay.

The XR package is being built, but the increase in the delta between build sheets and window stickers seems to indicate that it's causing Jeeps to be stuck in JB.
