Yep. That will be another 6 to 8 weeks, but I'm thinking that AEV might provide slightly better feedback about what's going on.

Waited too long to order a Gobi roof rack. Going with something else since it wouldn't be here until at least the end of August and we have a big excursion at the start of September. Subsequently found out that Gobis have significant issues with how they're mounted, so dodged that bullet.

Haha! I can't imagine AEV being able to be worse! Same deal with deal with us having trips planned for end of the summer. Maybe we'll cross paths since you're not far

My salesperson called a couple weeks ago to inform me that my Jeep would be shipping in a couple weeks. Well, I was skeptical based on what I was reading here. Went to JC and they said it was in the scheduling phase. Checked the next week and same with info it would be 7-9 more weeks. Spoke with the dealer the other day and they had no info. She did say she just got a jeep in that was ordered back in Oct. That sure made me feel great about my build ordered 12/21.

Update today Apr 9 - still absolutely no change.
Been trying to locate a Rubicon in FL where the dealership would be willing to transfer to take the place of what I ordered; even tried to buy a higher end Rubicon Xtreme Recon which cost a bundle. Thought it was a done deal but the other dealership pulled out - I'm sure they have someone there that wants it. Trying to intercept any Rubicon inbound at our dealership which there are 4 - all are diesels which I won't do. Pretty flexible and want this process done.

12/18 -Ordered JLUR 4XE Rubicon, black, Leather seats, tow, electrical pkg, premium soft rider top, gorilla glass, not much more with the options; could the hold up be the floor mats?!
12/18 - Jeep Chat told me order was sent by my local dealership in Cocoa, FL
1/29 - Received Wave email with VIN assignment
- Been checking Jeep chat and with dealership and it never moves from the "scheduling phase of the manufacturing process"
- No build sheet or sticker posted here yet.
- Never expected this to take so long. Wanted to take delivery before FL high temps hit. Oh well not much I can do about it. I noticed the MSRPs are rising since we ordered it...surprise surprise.

2022 JLUR-XR been gathering f#cking parts for over 4 months now... JC has been unhelpful to say the least, and the dealership only provides updates like this: "I wish I knew what is holding this up, still in D status." Not very helpful at all.

Is there a way to have someone actually look into what the heck is going on?

Ordered 12/24, picking it up at Gupton 4/21. Told me a personal check was gladly accepted. Was surprised to say the least.

Ordered 12/16. JLUR-XR Dark Grey. All options (including one-touch top) except for smokers group and heavy duty electrical. It has been in the D status since January with no movement. Opened a case with Jeep and they "escalated" it for production back in March. I have received zero communications from my customer care specialist. Dealership is completely in the dark about the delay. No sticker or build sheet on crypto or the nifty VIN tool on this site.

Not feeling confident at all.

Watching news right now. According to report the Canada border issue is currently not affecting the Jeep plant.

Ordered 10/15/21. Delivered yesterday. Long wait, but it's really great.

Done it in CA before, they had me sign a "purchase option" agreement which essentially i had to get preapproved for a loan, and if the check bounces the loan gets executed.

BTW congrats, saw you are 12/24 order as am I.... Still in D status here.
