Guys have posted here and at other forums that the $ charge is upwards to $125 for the dealership to do the Mopar Custom speedo calibration. Cheaper then a speeding ticket in most sates these days....

I like to use the MPH app on my smartphone to see the true difference between speedo and actual.

MPH difference actually changes as you wear the tire tread down.

Strange that it doesn't mention anything else in the features and benefits. I don't really care about the speedo being off a little. I just want to make sure that it doesn't mess with the how the transmision and computer functions.

Well, the JL owner will care when he gets a speeding ticket..

And yes, big tires can and will affect transmission shifting points.

I understand that it is supposed to affect transmission shifting points, but I'm surprised that it doesn't say that in that document. (or strange, that it doesn't, like I said above)

JK version will not work on a JL. Today, 3/20/18 there is no such offerings that work with the JL/JLU. You need to have Mopar do it at this time.

I'd jump at having the dealer do it, if they could also lower the TPMS threshold. If they can't do that, then I'll wait and put the $125 toward a programmer that lets me take care of that, too.

Some dude on FB had one and was showing off the light shows as well as said he programmed the tire size. Hope it works out, but also hope SuperChips and AEV make something quick.
