I'll be coming up on the first oil change soon, and have been trying to decide whether to take it into a dealership for the free Jeep Wave one, or take it to the shop I usually go to that I know and trust. I've been dealing with the service department at the dealership where I bought my Jeep for a cracked windshield, and I know I am not going there. The purchase process was good, but the service department has been terrible on the windshield; I'm not going there for anything else. But there have to be decent service departments somewhere, right?
Anyone make any recommendations in east central Indiana. Maybe between Fort Wayne and Noblesville along or near I-69? Or am I better off paying for it at a place I trust? I considered doing it myself but I ended up getting extended warranty (I know, probably a bad idea) and the fine print says it is void if I can't prove I've kept up with required maintenance, so receipts are a plus.
