After using my top for the first time I discovered a rattle which may be caused by the plastic support above the sound bar discussed in this thread a few days ago. https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/sky-one-touch-what-is-this-part.67668/
The dealer has confirmed this part is defective as it should lay flat and may be source of the rattle. After doing some research on their end it sounds like they most likely have to remove and replace with a new top. Not sure if this encompasses just the frame and fabric or the entire painted section of the roof as well at this point. My dealer has been great to work with and assures me their technician knows the Sky top and has swapped them out 2-3 times previously.
This is my first dealing with a Jeep warranty claim and I'm wondering if I need to be proactive in contacting Jeep myself for documentation purposes in the event this does not get resolved correctly.
