I followed the same service advisor from Manassas pre-Lindsay, to Farrish in Fairfax, to Safford in Warrenton, and then he went and changed careers! However, and they sometimes have a bad rap, I have taken 2 JKs (JKU Sport, JK Rubicon), a Grand Cherokee, and my Ram 1500 to Lindsay in Manassas for service over the last 5 years and I never had any problem with them. Sometimes they will try to up sell various services and you just need to be familiar with your maintenance schedule based on your mileage. Most dealerships will try to get you to buy extra services over what is called for in the book.

I have the same question. Can say not happy with Dulles Jeep in Leesburg. Thinking to try Browns in sterling since it's the closest to me.

Will keep that in mind. I'm about midway between both Browns Sterling (which just opened up a month ago or so) and Chantilly Jeep.

I use Chantilly Jeep then I had JKUR. They have great hours and mod friendly.

We had a great experience buying our Jeep from them. I can not say anything about their service center though.

Any suggestions on dealer in NoVA to install LED headlights upgrade (OEM kit) and program the BCM? I live in Leesburg and talked to 3 different morons here at Dulles. One guy had no clue what an LED upgrade is, had to give him the part # and he works at parts dept. 2 other guys in service gave me different prices for the install, ranging from $1200 to $1500. I’m thinking to install it myself, but then still need to find someone that knows which codes to enter in the BCM after. So frustrating...

Dulles Jeep (catoctin circle) is a nightmare for everything.
I've been lucky so far with the new Brown's Jeep in Sterling (by Wegnmans), but haven't don'e anything custom.

I think there's an actual custom jeep garage in Chantilly or Manassas (so you'll have to google)
Depending on the price, you might want to consider buying the programer and do it yourself.
