Do you have a part number for the RCV inner/inner shaft? I'm not finding it on their site. TIA

Indeed I do:

The inner shaft is D11351 and is $375
The FAD collar is D11418 and is $145

You have to call in to order it:

Thank you.

I found a place that is at least willing to look at turning down that nipple so Im planning on ordering the parts later today.

**Update**

They are installed! I did this in conjunction with installing Fox DSC front shocks so this was an all day event.

I had no issues with the installation aside from the passenger spline shaft was pretty snug in the hub bearing, but otherwise, all good. Both sides turn as freely as the OEMs did and the clearances between the two shafts on the passenger side are the same as the OEM.

No issues with turning clearance (the yokes are tighter going through the knuckle than the OEM, but not as bad as RCV CV's) and all in all a smooth install. A tip for those doing this is to rotate the inner shaft (after pulling the outside passenger shaft) until you can see both ends of the circlip on the shaft. Using two thin bladed screw drivers, push on both ends at the same time and it will just pop off. I ran out of time and did not get to drive it, but I plan to do that after I install the rear Fox DSCs.

I have not driven it at all yet. Work has been busy and the temps outside have been below 10°F in the mornings. I need to finish the installs of the Fox DSCs in the front--I need to modify the MC lower mounts and am waiting on some rotary bits (for a little die grinder work) as well as some button head bolts to arrive.

As soon as I am able to complete that, I will be out for a road test...

The MC mounts are related to the 2.5" Fox DSCs. I need an offset to keep the shocks from hitting the frame at full droop and the "knobs" at the bottom of the shocks are hitting on parts of the MC mounts and one of the bolts.

The DS shafts have no interference anywhere...you are good to go.
