First mod purchased was a Pro Comp 2 inch spacer lift...did not want the extra .5 inch from the other spacer kits and this one had what I needed...$170 with shock extensions to get this going...can upgrade shocks later and this gives a good starting point to handle 37s like I am planning...looks fine with stock tires as well actually!

Flexes pretty well surprisingly! Enjoying the ride as its not much different than stock. There is now some feedback in the steering but that is most likely a castor issue.

Went back and forth on several different mats and decided on the Mopar ones just because of fit and finish...also uses drain plug and keeps everything functional...amazon was $115 with prime shipping...hard to beat that

Well sold one of my guitars and made enough money for some upgrades! First thing I ordered was a Rugged Ridge Arcus front bumper...its perfect for what I need....looks factory but with flair...once I get the winch it will be perfect! Really like how it went on...very easy install just took about 1 hour. Had to run and get a T-55 torx for the mounting bolts they were YUGE!

To fix my steering feedback I got some adjustable lower control arms to correct the castor angle. I chose the Teraflex Alpine because they were one of the only ones to use the factory bushing design which I wanted to keep to retain longevity and low maintenance on this daily driver. I lengthened them until the castor was around 7 degrees and that made the Jeep track amazing better than it did new.

Installed a Gen3 Smittybuilt XRC 9.5K winch in my Arcus bumper. Had to remove the bumper fascia to get back to the winch plate. This winch has a beefy 7 hp motor and some awesome design elements. And the LED logo actually got my interest and looks cool even though I usually go for function over form. Very happy with the bumper and winch combo and the synthetic rope on this winch makes it one of the lightest at 70-75 lbs instead of a 95 lb winch with steel cable it will help the front to not sag much!
