I bought this and installed it on my 2018 Wrangler JL Sahara, I believe it will fit the sport and Rubicon as well. Comes complete with wiring harness. Only used it to pull a small 5x8 garden trailer twice.

Comes complete with everything needed to install it except for a few zip ties to secure the wiring. The red fuse that connects to the battery is included but not shown in the photo. Also, I have all four bolts but two of them are not shown in the photo.
