I just ordered 4 of these bad boys from BBWheels for $269 a pop. Am I crazy or is this a great deal? Free shipping also. I threw it on 0% Affirm since I hadn't budgeted for tires this month. Think I'll hold on to them for a few more months until the snow gets really bad.

I'm local to 4WP and they told me they couldn't match, it was way too low. Discount Tire might have, but the easy 3 interest-free payments online sold me.

Yeah, BBWheels did a promotion on them a while back. I got five for $1182.34 or $236.46 each, but BFG was doing a $100 off promotion at the time so it ended up being $216.46 per tire. That’s still a good deal though.

These days anything below $550 / tire feels like a great deal to me. $269 feels damn near free.

Check out the text under "Other Details". This tire has an 113S rating while the 113T one is $100 more.

Not sure if this means that this is a weaker tire?

It’s speed rating - think the T has a higher speed rating by 5-10mph. The factory XR wheels are 113S.

If so, why the $100 difference? They also have the 10ply one for almost the same price with the 113T.

I'd call the store and ask. Maybe the manufacturer's date? May they are shaved (out-of-round) to get in spec (heard Discount Tire doesn't allow stock like that)? I dunno.

Hmm, yeah I see that now. It seems the speed rating is the only real difference, besides the newer versions that have the white writing on the sidewall.

I think I will call the shop and ask. My concern would be if they were manufactured many years ago, and would suffer damage quickly that wouldn't be covered under the manufacturer warranty.

I recently bought a set of these from BB Wheels as well. The first pic is the code for the tires that came on my ‘22 Wrangler. The second for the tires I got on BB Wheels. I thought those last 2 numbers were the year manufactured - did they really sell a set from 2011??
