Stock on my JL sport and currently averaging 21.5 MPG with my best tank I filled up today at 23.8 MPG. Expect to get better now that the summer gas is coming online and the engine breaks in even better.

I was averaging in the 16s mpg for the first several hundred miles of mixed driving in my JLUR, both before and after putting on 35s (with a dealer recalibration). It has been steadily improving and now my average is 19.1 overall (19.4 in the past several hundred miles). On flat straightaways driving 30-40mph I get upper 30s mpg. Those numbers steadily drop the faster I go, dropping into the teens once I get into the 60s mph.

I now have close to 13K miles on a stock manual JKRU. I dont have a heavy foot and my mileage is still around 17.5 hand calculated 18 per on board display. I drive ~100 miles a day first half interstate, second half split between 60 and 45. No idea how anyone in a Rubi is getting over 18, especially with 35s. My wife says I drive like a grandma...my mileage doesnt reflect that haha. Would love to be getting better mileage but I cant complain too much as I didnt buy it to save gas.

I've had mine a month now but I only have 410 miles on it. It had 3 when I purchased it so yeah, I don't drive it much but I am getting about 17 average. 70% city and 30% freeway driving. Not bad all things considered as I did add slightly larger tires (32.1") and I leveled the front out with a .75" front spacer kit...

JLU Sport with automatic..

I think the overdrive gears on the JL have a higher ratio than what the JK had. Nevertheless, with all of the heavy duty equipment that comes with a Rubicon, its a challenge to get higher fuel economy numbers.

I Average 20-21 in my daily drive to work and home in my Sahara with the Dana 44 limited slip axle. Straight highway I got 24.5 on my last trip.

JLUR, I don't drive a lot and its mostly quick trips around town but I'm getting high 16's low 17's after the first 3 weeks. Just about what I saw with my JKU Sport S

I just got back from a wheeling trip. Its 200 miles each way. My JLUR automatic, 315/70-17's installed, Flashcal tuner to adjust for the tires, towing my Quicksilver 6.0 camper (about 1000 lbs loaded). Mostly highway, half of which is 65-70 mph speed zones (I don't go over 70 with the trailer). On the way there the computer said my avg was 17.6 mpg, on the way back 18.2 mpg. I'd say that's pretty darn good. I have 2200 miles on it now.
