Stop copying me!I only got half my order,so could only install one side, but I wanted to see if I liked it. Still need to wire it up too.........
Lol..... hey brother..... for me it was all about the bracket, I’m not into lights that much and the CFO is even less. But after I got it all done, I got a “‘well that doesn’t look as bad as I thought it was going to”........... I’ll take it.....Stop copying me!
Old lights and bracket on the right. Love the Artec (on the left). This was me goofing around which light throw was the best.
In the end I went with Diode Dynamics (expensive), but the Rigid actually fit better and the Artec was designed for it.
I like the little red accent you put on it.
I like the decorative jeep ramp, blends in, thought it was a fountainHere’s some night shots......
Being a light noob, I don’t know if it’s good , bad, or just ok, lol......All I know is I can see farther and more of the woods with them on, and the pics really don’t look as drastic as seeing with eyeballs....... Oh... and don’t look directly at them, that wasn’t a good idea......... good enough for me....
Looks good man. Question - Are all 4 pointing straight ahead or do you have one on each side pointing outward a bit? I guess folks point one on each side outward for better side-to-side coverageHere’s some night shots......

Thanks Rick...... no, I can’t turn them sideways because of the design of the bracket. They came with a separate mounting bracket that would allow them to turn side to side, but I would have to fabricate something for it to bolt to. But to be honest with you I don’t have any interest in these lights, I mean they’re cool and all, but they’re only on so I can use the brackets......... here’s closeup how it bolts on......Looks good man. Gotcha. I see mounting you mention. I thought it had flat mount with through bolt. Thanks Rick...... no, I can’t turn them sideways because of the design of the bracket. Looks good. Pictures can never do it justice when trying to get lights (same as the incline shots you show people after and they go not that steep meanwhile you're all puckered up). Here’s some night shots......

I got both, the bottom lights are flood, and the top lights are spot.Looks good. Pictures can never do it justice when trying to get lights (same as the incline shots you show people after and they go not that steep meanwhile you're all puckered up).
Which Rigid lights did you get? Flood/spot?
Where can I get more info on these meetups? I am moving to FL later this year and would love to do some local wheeling + beach driving! Some pics for the journal part of this thread.
December 2019 we had 10 forum members come over to wheel with us, we had a blast.
Group photo:
Here’s the wife showing off, leading the pack, I got to be the photo monkey, lol.
Some more random shots....
We’re trying to do a second annual, but this year the Forest dept. decided to not issue any permits for Jeep groups during hunting season, it goes with way the year has gone I guess. There’s talk we might do a beach run this year, we’ll see how it plays out.
This thread is the easiest, or you can PM me if you wanna go out wheeling, we live across the street from the forest and are out about every weekend. We’re in citrus county, where are you moving to ?Where can I get more info on these meetups? I am moving to FL later this year and would love to do some local wheeling + beach driving!

Not to bad, there’s a couple members that live in that general area @Wabujitsu and @Buckster, couple great dudes. They may be able to answer any questions you might have of the area. Maybe others but these guys we’ve wheeled with.Sarasota, not too far South of you!
Thank you @Roky and pleasure to e-meet you @Wabujitsu and @Buckster .... I will be a Sarasota county resident in a matter of weeks. Hoping to find some cool local wheeling spots and (hopefully with some luck) some beaches to drive and camp on, but from what I have read, the only drivable beach around is Daytona beach. Not to bad, there’s a couple members that live in that general area @Wabujitsu and @Buckster, couple great dudes.
