Hey all, this has happened to me twice now. I figured the first was a fluke while I was under 300 miles.
I'm closer to 350 miles now, and it happened to me again on the highway.
I get a message on the dash, cruise control unavailable/service required - also ESS was unavailable once I got off the highway.
My fuses are all seated (by me not whoever built my Jeep)
The Jeep resets itself after shutting off and parking, but I'm curious if anyone knows what kind of gremlin this might be?
I just don't want to bring it in for service and have them say, "we can't replicate the problem"

Basic cruise or advanced?
Basic cruise control. Nothing advanced.
No backup sensors, no blindspot monitoring, no rain sensing if that's even a thing.

Thanks for moving the thread, mods. It was my first posted thread!
I've only commented on pre-existing threads.

Maybe your main or aux batteries are starting to die? They are apparently total junk and absolutely possible to be bad after so few miles. Your dealer should be able to test and replace either one under warranty.

Yeah, I'm hoping it's not that since it's so new. But I guess that's what warranties are for.
I'll probably try and get an appointment soon.

If someone interested, had the SAME case and it was the clockspring, after 5 days of troubleshooting, no code on engine, updated software, did not help and replacing the clockspring solved it... Was replaced under warranty...
