UPDATE: Stopped by the dealer to see if they had seen this issue before. The service advisor plugged in his scan tool to pull vehicle data and once he started my vehicle the speedometer was reset back to zero. Fortunately I had the pic from earlier and they went ahead and performed the u62 recall flash for the cruise control while I waited.
I don't know if it will fix it, however it hasn't reoccurred since the U62 update. Mine has been pretty much dead on for the last couple of weeks.
Yes this was mine this morning! The U62 recall flash will correct this?
I have 35” tires and the dealer performed the recalibration. I also have the 8.4 Infotainment system and brought up the GPS Trip Information screen this morning. The GPS and the center digital display usually displayed the same speed, never off by more than 1 MPH from each other, but the analog gauge was always 3-4 MPH higher.I do know if it will fix it, however it hasn't reoccurred since the U62 update. HI JP18,I'm at 8mph off at 72mph! This is only after 233 miles on the clock (302 in the pic). Seeing the dealer on Monday.

Something tells me replacing the cluster is not going to resolve the issue long term as it seems more like a software issue as mine was off by as much as 7 mph and cleared, however since then it seems to be fluctuating from spot on to being off by 2-3 mph from one day to another. Please keep us updated after your replacement.Dealer ordered a new gauge cluster.
Your digital Speedo is set to km/h. About 44 is correct km/h for your speed shown in mph.MIne is having a slightly different problem. gps was showing something like 48 mph...
Yep...nice catch.Your digital Speedo is set to km/h. About 44 is correct km/h for your speed shown in mph.
Thanks! Not sure how it got switched to km/hr. Glad I didn’t take it into the shop!Your digital Speedo is set to km/h. About 44 is correct km/h for your speed shown in mph.
I tend to agree on the 2-3 mile difference. Mine is doing it as well even after the recall fix. Also, mine is constant it is always 2-3mph off at 65 or 75. Have not tried setting the cruise at higher speeds.live with it
