I just want to say that if you are anywhere near Criswell in Gaithersburg, MD, you should give Leon Travis a call. I just drove ~9hrs each way to pick up my JLU Sahara and I could not have asked for an easier transaction. From the ordering process, updates and the pickup, everything went off without any problems.

I had my own financing and they only charged a $300 doc fee. Leon sent me the sales order with final pricing, so I just had my credit union cut me a check. They even put locking lug nuts on all 5 wheels at no additional cost. (I didn't ask for it and I've seen other dealers charge for it...)

I was quoted I think something like 149 for the wheel locks. I was also given a finance rate that undid about half of the overall discount and got me back to the same all-in price I could get in NY.

Always have finance lined up then see if they can beat it and who was this they can keep the wheel locks for that price.

I figured since they gave me an addl 1% off for financing through them it would be still be competitive. Came in close to 7% interest.

I have another call with them tomorrow. Will see what I can get.

7% is too much you can always refinance but let that be your final decision.

I think that the fees were something like $200 or $300?

Very good back office operation that refunded me the over-charged Florida sales tax fees.

Their finance office was worthless and I got a PNC mail in check for 4%, but a credit union will get your down into the 3% range?

And I got the wheel locks for free and a full tank of gas, even thought I was only to get 4 gallons from the factory.

Criswell is the only way to go!

Yeah, I'm at about 2.9% at my credit union in NY.
