From th owners manual: Engine Oil - 2.0L Engine We recommend using Mopar® API SP/GF-6A Certified SAE 5W-30 Full Synthetic Engine Oil which meets the requirements of the manufacturer Material Standard MS-13340. Equivalent full synthetic 5W-30 API SP engine oil can be used but must have the API Donut trademark ref page 360.

CAUTION! Failure to use the recommended API SP/GF-6A or equivalent oil can cause engine damage not covered by the vehicle warranty.

Attached are the Mobil 1 specs updated as of May 2022. It meets all the requirements of the manual so I would use it.

Sure is nice having a 5qt crankcase, makes it easy to simply pour in a 5qt jug of oil. My wife's Jeep Cherokee 3.2L V6 takes 6 quarts, always end up buying two 5qt jugs and have to store the leftover jug for the next change.

that's what i plan on using and read on Mobil 1 website and compared to Mopar requirements.. should be more than good to go! I've stocked up on filters now just need to get oil on next Costco run.

I wouldn't waste my $ on anything but Amsoil. I have it in 3 Harleys, a 20' hellcat, 2 buggies, and our JL and JT and have been using it for years. I in my bikes alone I've honestly noticed a 3 to 5 degree temp drop and eliminated vibs. I recently ran it in a friend's 15' CRV with 230k miles and we noticed all the above as well. The filters pay themselves.
