Core Doors for JL and Sunshade for Sunrider?

I'm in for JL 2-door Core doors with twill uppers...whenever you get a chance to produce them.

This appears to be the best door solution for going semi-naked, outside of the uber-expensive factory half doors.

Any status updates on the JL Core doors? Go or no-go? Still in the discussion stage? Or have you moved on to the design/engineering/trial stage? ETA?

I've had my JL for 3 years. Still no core doors. It can't be that hard to tweak the design from the JK version.

Got a response from Bestop via email. At this time there are no plans to move forward with the core doors for the JL.

Figured I would loose quite a few bucks selling my core doors for my old jk and loved the look, so before putting up for sale I figured I would try them in the jl

The front latches up, the rear will need the latch moved up, but they fit much better than expected. I think I can make these usable

As a 2 Dr owner, I am thankful you tried this, that gap can be eliminated with a little epoxy work.
Now I won't hesitate to buy used front JK Core doors.
