Cooper discoverer STT pro……. Has anyone use these tires and can you give me your opinion about them. I myself am looking at the 40 x 13.5 x 17…….. But all tire size opinions matter, Thanks!

Check this thread, @wibornz and his group use these tires for all their Jeeps, and they wheel the crap out of them! STTs are one of the most popular aggressive tread tires on this site. Can't really go wrong with them.

These are great tires. I ran them on Fat Ninja and have them on Pain Train currently.

I used them last week around Ouray CO, And the 2000 mile highway trip.

STT pro or Nitto trail grappler M/T have been my next choice I can't decide on. Unfortunately I just ran with someone a few weeks ago that had the Mickey Thompson Baja boss M/t that loves them and they weren't gentle.

So now I have three choices that all seem to be great tires. Even not needing them for quite a while I have considered buying and sticking them in my garage because of the price hikes. This isn't the first place I have seen that.

I Talked to two big name tire stores the last couple of days. They both stated that Nitto Trail was going to be out of stock for around six months. I was at a Jeep function last Friday night and everybody was saying the same thing, national backorder ……. About 6 months + But everybody does have the Cooper’s.
