Is this something I'd be able to do on my own?
Or I need to take it to a shop that knows how?

I am not able to speak to the process, but the two docs below can help you know the type of coolant that you need.

For your vehicle, please confirm the manufacturer specs with a dealer.

Threads:
Manufacturer specifications: See item #8
PEAK coolant: See post #1, including photos of front & back labels for all options mentioned in this reply

These coolant products comply with manufacturer specifications:
MOPAR, part number 68163849AB (prediluted) or 68163848AB (concentrate)
PEAK Purple (purple not violet), part number NAP5D3 (prediluted) or NAP0D3 (concentrate)
ZEREX G30, part number 877981 (prediluted)

I was unable to find the concentrate form of ZEREX G30.
Although some Prestone options are OAT-compatible (not "formula OAT" / OAT-formulated), I recommend considering the other three options first.
