Since my original 12v from 3/21 is still in my Jeep, when I replace it I'll have the dealer put the new one in.

Agreed, I am a creature of habit. Unless they stop performing I’ll continue with them. I liked Diehard Gold or Platinum “back in the day”. Maybe also overpriced.
If my memory is correct, and most of the time it isn't, the Diehard Platinums were made by Odyssey. I used one in my TJ Rubicon for this reason and it was cheaper than the Odyssey label.

At the time (2005ish) the side terminals on an Odyssey produced battery were rated the same amps as the top terminals. Odyssey was one of very few manufacturers to rate the side terminals the same as top terminals. The benefit to this was you could attach the positive from a winch to the side terminal and leave the top terminal for starting and other smaller accessories.
