Constant spam every morning in General forum

Hi,

You appear to have new spammers each day flooding the general forum. Perhaps add a minimum post requirement before posting in any forums except one you setup for new member introductions, or require email verification, and it should help. It's been going on for days now, as I'm sure you've noticed.

No kidding. I frequently use the "new posts" option. When i visited this morning................... pages of crap.

I just use the ignore feature and refresh the page and they go away.

Oh man, I misunderstood the meaning of this thread. I was thinking about the SPAM single postings from first time poster’s of some big issue - “death wobble nearly killed my cat” or “my stop/start doesn’t work when it -10° outside” or “FCA sucks because my JL doesn’t handle like my Volvo”. It’s also funny that these hit and run folks don’t stick around to even reply when good information is relayed but some of these topics get folks to go after regular forum members personally.

I agree with omandj that there should be a minimum post requirement to flush out the “drive-by flamethrowers” if possible.
