That looks really good. Was anything tricky about the process? It looks like there is a "back" to the mopar bumper that you have to remove to get to the wiring for the fogs to move them from one bumper to the next.

I had to take my plastic bumper apart to get its fog light wiring harness out, but I just zip tied it into the JK bumper it was really easy.

Did anyone do the steel skid plate as well? I've heard both "you need brackets" and "it should work fine."

I didn't have the metal skid plate, had to use the plastic one from the JL. It worked fine with a little bit trimming. I'm going to make a custom-made skid plate in the next few months.

Everything works as expected except wiring. On JK there are two wires coming from both sides, one per each fog light. On JL you may need to remove the wiring from the original plastic bumper and move it to the Mopar JK metal bumper. That's it. everything will work fine after.

While I’m not sure about the JL Sport lights, I used a eBay bracket like this

(Not not these, I got mine years ago) to mount my JK Sport fog lights when I had the bumper on my JK, and I reused them with the JL Rubicon plastic bumper fog lights when I put this bumper on my JLUR. Note: to make it work, I had to clip off 2 of the fog light mounting tabs both on the JK and JL fog lights.

Ok found a way tapped the inner metal and made a new inserts. Fog lights are in. As well as the black hooks didn't have a need for red.
