Which is why FCA is suing to stop the sales and further production (see the article I linked). Couldn't sue earlier, as the thing needed to actually be for sale in order to prove actual harm (legal thing).
Anyhow, Jeep would have a stronger case if the hadn't authorized Mahindra to be a producer of the CJ design back in the day. Gonna be real hard to prove real harm now, especially since these things aren't street legal. Worth busting out the popcorn either way...
