Colorado Fall Colors, What Trails?

What Colorado trails are popping for fall colors right now? I need motivation to get out this weekend, let's see some pics.

I was out on Boreas pass trail (como to breck) last Wednesday and the aspens looked nice …. Better on the western side of the divide.

Yankee Hill was awesome last weekend. Great colors in the Aspens there. My favorite is the road to St Elmo South and West of Buena Vista. Kenosha Pass is usually a winner but lots of leaf peeper traffic to be expected. Good luck and enjoy.

We were in Steamboat and surrounding areas this weekend. Did Dunkley Pass and Buffalo Pass and both had some pretty colors. Not fully changed but enough to standout.

I think peak leaf change is happening right now in the San Juans. We caught everything mid cycle last week (lots of light green, yellow and orange). Can definitely confirm Kenosha was a parking lot on sunday as we passed through heading home. Cars lined up for at least a mile in either direction off the summit of 285 where the trail head begins.

Yea I saw that, pretty crazy. People take a easy trail and do stupid things being scared of drop offs. But either way you can't go wrong with the views!!

Hell yeah I do, on the daily. Too many potatoheads on the roads in this state. Makes driving a real chore these days.
