Was going to drop her off yesterday but Trail Jeeps are getting off early today and then I'd be without all weekend...

Installed some Roam steps for the wife until I decide on sliders. At the moment I’m thinking MetalCloak step sliders or rocker rails.

Frame mounted and there are holes for step lights. I've come down on them already and they are solid. Barely a scratch and not a ding on it. lol

It was a lot of fun and I loved the views and exploring the old mining towns. I'm going to go there more often for sure.

My fiancee and I go every year at least once. I actually proposed to her there. Unfortunately when we went in late June/early July this year Imogene and Black Bear were still closed.

It is truly a Jeep paradise.

The first was the top of Ophir pass when we were there. The 2nd I think was one of the seemingly 20-30 avalanches on Yankee Boy Basin.

There was STILL snow up there the weekend I went and I'm sure it will be there when new snow flies. Crazy but beautiful area. The avalanches were no joke. Some big trees tossed like toothpicks. Whole sides of the mountain stripped of trees.
