Those side lights look interesting. I get a glare off the white paint for from my windshield lights.
Any idea who makes them?
Mopar

The same lights I have mounted on the side instead of on top.

Trail Jeeps took care of me again. Great experience with that team. She drives great and initial impressions are that I love it. Will be nice during the next 1000 miles or so to get them good and ready for the trails ahead though.

Already better. Can’t wait to try it up the hill and off road.

Brawlee Light Bar!

So I finally got some light for the table, and it's not half bad. The remote lets you change the color, brightness, and even has a flashing disco setting for those times where you just want to dance. :CWL:

I brought the wire out and then under the factory wire channel to bring the them into the cabin.

Now there is light.

And of all the color options, I'm glad I can use red and avoid bugs.

I didn't end up wiring to the dome lights because I want it only when I'm using the table. Otherwise, it remains unplugged and stored in this neat little cubby.

Lights look awesome on the rear windshield? What lights are these?

Brawlee Light bar... I included a link. Just click. :like:
Ya know...maybe if I actually paid attention while reading I might have noticed it the first time. :P Thanks!

Btw it doesn't light up automatically when you open the window right?

All good man. It's highly recommended. :fist bump:

You can wire them to your dome lights to come on automagically.. but I opted for only when I plug it into the port.

Two reasons: I don't need it lighting up every time I open a door, and I want it to stay on while I cook. The dome light times out.

I've got the auto start/stop warning light.

Chasing the usual suspects:

  1. Confirmed fuses pressed in.
  2. Cleaned and confirmed hood switches.
  3. Confirmed battery side plug is not loose.
  4. Charged the batteries overnight.

I'll see if one of those fixed it today.

Boot Repair

Found a bit more goop around the drag link boot than I thought would be good. After cleaning up, it was pinched and needed replacing.

Luckily, Steersmarts sells replacement boots.

Took time to file down the edges as instructed, but they really weren't bad to start with.

Installed and torqued to 110 ftlbs. Looking better.

Can't wait to see the finished product! I'm ready to order my next JLUR and really struggling to pull the trigger. part is that no colors are a must have like the 3 Punk'n JLURs I ordered. I am also torn between the 4XE and the Eco-Diesel Rubicon. Knowing I want to pull an off-road trailer, and the additional range makes the Eco-Diesel seem better, but at the same time I really like the 4XE. I also keep wanting to see if the 2022 is worth waiting for, and holding out hope the Wrangler Mojave will actually be built. until then i'll keep looking at my old trip pictures and living vicariously through others like you on here!
