Color matching between take off parts

Lets say I was to find a Rubicon Hood in Sting Gray off another vehicle or wrecked jeep. What are the chances the color matches up to mine? Anyone do something similar with a Take Off Part off another Jeep? Like colored Rubicon Fender Flares, hoods, etc.

Should probably be close enough. On most, after a little while few parts match anyway because of the difference in materials. Hood aluminum, grill plastic, cowl panels plastic, steel tub, aluminum doors, etc. The variation is slight, but noticeable in the right light. You will probably be no more off than that.
