No install issues other than some self inflicted ones by doing it without a vehicle lift or transmission jack. I have a transmission jack but I couldn't go pick it up because of the shelter in place order. I also missed the clutch fork and blew apart my slave cylinder. Was able to get one from the local dealer, then I had some trouble bleeding it. Had to fully extend it, pump it carefully, and vacuum bleed it through the brake reservoir. What were the centerforce clutch install issues that you were having? I've read that a heavier fly wheel slows revs, reduces power and hurts gas mileage. Have you felt these things?
Anyway, yes, with the heavier flywheel, it does rev slower. That is a good thing. Say you want to jump into traffic with a 3500 rpm launch? Easy, blip the throttle, catch it at 3500, and let out the clutch. Before, you would blip the throttle and it either wouldn't rev hardly at all, or quickly shoot too high, then you'd let off the gas, it would drop too low, blip again, too high, etc... Very very hard to catch it just right, pedal too sensitive and motor too eager to rev. Plus two stage clutch made a proper jump near impossible without bogging or too much slippage.
Power still feel great, definitely feels better in stop n go traffic. Fuel economy? Yeah, probably lost 1 mpg. That's unforgivable. I mean, sure It's ok if 37s and bumpers and lights, and racks and so on and so forth cost me fuel economy, but it's just wrong to sacrifice that for an HD clutch...
