We are constantly in production as orders come in, so my answer might change in an hour. It would be best to call for current status. I happen to be out of the office today.Hi @Actman , how long are your clutch kits on backorder?
On Facebook there have been several that has been approved but had to speak to someone in order it get it approved.Has anyone whoās done the clutch replacement been able to submit their receipt for reimbursement? Went to submit mine and was told since a fix is not out they arenāt accepting any reimbursement requests. And they have no timeline for when they will be. Even though I mentioned how thatās the problem. There is no fix or parts forcing us to have to go this route.
Thatās what I thought. But when I called the number listed for where to file I was told I couldnāt yet.On Facebook there have been several that has been approved but had to speak to someone in order it get it approved.
Thanks for the that.Email these three and you should be able to get labor reimbursed. Better than nothing, but a lot less than it should be.

Hello,Mine now shows as being "dismissed" even though nothing was addressed. @JeepCares can you explain how this recall was dismissed on my car despite not being called in or worked on?

Looks like there are already two complaints on the NHTSA website about the timeline of this repair, including my own. I'd encourage everyone to start bombarding the NHTSA with complaints. At some point, they have no choice but to address this issue with Jeep.I just called the NHTSA and logged a complaint about this recall process. The guy I spoke with seemed genuinely surprised that a safety recall that's been open since February hasn't been resolved yet, and was even more shocked that Jeep is now reporting it won't be repaired until August 2024 (I have a 2022). I'd encourage everyone else to do the same - might just get Jeep to get off their you-know-what's and solve the problem.

Iām afraid rushing Jeep will amount to a buggy software-only fix. It sounds like thatās what weāre getting already but Iād rather give them time to realize they need a hardware update instead of yet another recall in a year.Looks like there are already two complaints on the NHTSA website about the timeline of this repair, including my own. I'm just hoping it will get Jeep to start authorizing after market parts reimbursement.Iām afraid rushing Jeep will amount to a buggy software-only fix.
