@JeepCares where is the TSB for this? Dealer says it's an engineering issue and yet no TSB? I'm an engineer myself and if this were a known issue it should have been resolved already with the 2020 models.
Hi Ray,
I do understand your frustration. As mentioned to your fellow forum members, please feel free to send us a PM. We would be happy to connect you and your dealer with a Case Specialist to ensure this is properly documented, as well as assist in identifying a repair procedure.

Sorry to hear that dude.

Unfortunately, the only ā€œfixā€ appears to be door replacement (that your dealer will do for you under warranty) than they will paint to match. Only problem is as you are proof of .....is that your door will be replaced with the same manufactured door which will inevitably end up with the same click/creak noise you already have.

Not worth all the hassle to have doors replaced and painted to end up with the same problem.

If you look for creaking doors on this forum....thereā€™s another thread with many with the same issue.

I agree. I donā€™t think itā€™s worth replacing the door and repainting.

Jeep has no fix for this and has known about it since the 18 JL. My gladiator's front doors both click now. Don't even bother with door replacement it's the same part. My dealership had finally caved and admitted that all Wranglers and gladiators will develop this design flaw in all four doors eventually.

Iā€™ve got this exact issue in EVERY single door around the Jeep. Dealer just calls it a product characteristic. (This is in the ME not US)
