Clear/Body colored anti glare hood decal

That looks great. Did it help with the glare at all? Did you do it with the anti glare in mind or for paint protection?

and man I miss my S...mine was an AP2 Silverstone with red/black interior. Best and most fun car I’ve ever owned.

I did it to make my Jeep a uniformed color. The matte color was better at reducing glare than paint. I eventually removed the wrap and painted it all one color. So I have direct comparison from one to the next.

No. Just the Rubicon lettering was changed to match new hood decal. Gloss black outline with topographic matte gray.

Sorry to bump an old thread but did this ever come together? My wife had a red JL and the hood glare is brutal most mornings. I love the idea of a clear matte finish decal cut to the sane shape as the regular hood decals.

This customer ended up going a different direction, but it could be done with matte paint protection film pre-cut to the shape of a hood blackout decal. Feel free to send a message or email.
