Leaving home in Baytown, TX with the crew. Planning to spend the night half way (Amarillo) and proceed on to Ouray tomorrow. We are meeting @DaddyEngineer in Ouray on Saturday evening to wheel in the San Juan Mountains for a few days.

We’re driving almost 650 miles, about 10 hours today. Still have more hours to drive before we get out of Texas!

Trying to make it to the Fort Worth stockyards for lunch if these pansies didn’t have to stop so often. Only 123 miles in and we have to stop at Buccee’s.

You may run into a few showers / thunderstorms up here in the DFW area, beginning around Corsicana. Other than that, it looks pretty clear from DFW to AMA. Enjoy!

Buccees' could be 2 miles away and you would have to stop, especially with women in the Jeep.

Damn I would have asked you to strap the rear bumper you are selling to your roof had I know you were coming through town
